No Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our energy drinks, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the product, we’re happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@moffatsenergy.com and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will arrange for a replacement case to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Items that are not damaged or defective
